Accessibility Statement

Last updated: May 22, 2026

Our Commitment

Belia is committed to making our website and mobile app accessible and usable for as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies such as screen readers, voice control, keyboard navigation, switch controls, and system accessibility settings.

We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where practical for the Belia website and to support platform accessibility features provided by iOS and Android in the Belia app.

Accessibility Features

Belia is designed with accessibility considerations including:

  • Clear headings, labels, and page structure on the website
  • Readable color contrast across light and dark themes
  • Responsive layouts that work across phone, tablet, and desktop screen sizes
  • Support for browser zoom and mobile text scaling where supported
  • Descriptive link text and alternative text for meaningful images
  • Compatibility goals for screen readers such as VoiceOver and TalkBack
  • Touch targets intended to be large enough for comfortable mobile use

Known Limitations

We are actively improving Belia and may not have every accessibility issue resolved. Some areas of the app or website may still need refinement, including complex interactive views, visual charts, progress photo comparison tools, or third-party platform screens such as App Store subscription management.

If you encounter a barrier, please contact us so we can investigate and prioritize a fix.

Feedback and Support

If you experience difficulty using Belia or accessing any part of this website, contact us at support@bloominbelia.app.

Please include the page or feature you were using, the device and browser or app version, the assistive technology involved if applicable, and a short description of the issue. We aim to review accessibility feedback and respond as promptly as practical.

Ongoing Improvements

Accessibility is an ongoing process. As Belia changes, we plan to review new screens, content, and interactions for accessibility concerns and fix issues that affect real use. We also welcome specific feedback from users who rely on accessibility tools every day.

Third-Party Content

Belia may link to third-party services, including the Apple App Store, Google Play, and social media platforms. We do not control the accessibility of third-party websites, apps, or services, but we try to choose standard platform experiences where possible.

Important Note

This statement is provided for transparency and does not guarantee full legal compliance in every jurisdiction. Accessibility laws and standards vary by location, and Belia will continue working in good faith to improve access.
